I had an issue with my pickup

If you experienced an issue with your pick up, such as, difficulty connecting with your driver, your driver canceled, or your driver didn’t arrive, please let us know here.

My driver was rude

As a rider, your ratings for drivers help us improve trip safety and quality. Drivers who partner with Rent Trucks Easy agree to maintain a high standard of professional service that includes being respectful and polite.

My driver drove dangerously

Rent Trucks Easy is committed to safe rides for everyone. If you feel that your driver was unsafe or distracted at any time during this trip, please let us know here.

My driver didn’t match the profile in my app

For every trip, your Rent Trucks Easy app helps you recognize the vehicle and driver you ride with. After your ride request is accepted, your app displays your driver’s name, vehicle make and model, and license plate number.

My driver made an unplanned stop

Rent Trucks Easy trip fares are calculated by time and distance. Your fare can be impacted when a driver makes an unplanned or unrequested stop along the way.

If you feel that your driver made a stop during this trip that increased your fare or travel time, we will be happy to review. Please provide some info below.

My driver said or did something inappropriate

Rent Trucks Easy enforces strict safety guidelines to keep your rides safe and comfortable.

Unprofessional driver behavior like inappropriate physical contact or verbal aggression will not be tolerated.

Drivers are also expected to operate vehicles safely at all times. If you experienced anything during your trip that made you feel unsafe, please let us know here.

My driver asked for cash payment

Rent Trucks Easy is cashless in most cities. When a trip ends, your fare is automatically charged to the payment method selected in your Rent Trucks Easy account.

Unless operating in a city where paying fares in cash is an option, drivers should not ask riders to pay for the fare in cash.

Please note that tips are not included in the fare, but are also not expected or required. Should you wish to tip, your driver is welcome to accept. Adjustments to the total fare will not made if you paid a tip in cash.

My driver refused my destination

Drivers who accept your trip requests are expected to bring you to your preferred destination. If your driver for this trip refused your destination or did not bring you there safely and comfortably, please let us know what happened.

Can my driver ask for a tip?

As independent contractors, drivers may request tips at their discretion.

Drivers care about rider ratings and do their best to create an ideal trip experience. While Rent Trucks Easy does not require riders to offer drivers a cash tip, you are welcome to do so. Should you choose to tip, your driver is welcome to accept or decline.

Please note that the trip fare charged to your payment account does not include a gratuity.
